Kitty and Tom Brown's East Falmouth kitchen remodel was featured in the Spring 2013 issue of Cape Cod Home. Nicole Goldman, Founder and President of 'g' Green Design Center, transformed their space, creating a more functional kitchen and office area using all green materials and the added "green perks of health, sustainability, energy efficiency, and low maintenance." 'g' Green Design Receives Several Awards
2012

In a timely run-up to their 5th anniversary an appointment, an award, and honors have been presented to ‘g’ Green Design Center and president Nicole Goldman. Last week Ms. Goldman was appointed to the Historic Districts Commission(HDC) for the Town of Falmouth. Last night, ‘g’ Green Design Center was awarded the BRICC Gold Award for their talent and vision for the “Best Use of Green Design/Products” by the Cape Cod chapter of the National Assoc. of Home Builders. Next week, Ms. Goldman will be honored along with her co-founding members of the steering committee of Cape & Islands Green “for taking action consistent with CIRenew's (Cape& Islands Renewable Energy Coalition, the Cape chapter of the Northeast Sustainable Energy Assoc. The ‘g’ Green Design Center is a retail store whose mission it is to help homeowners and consumers create green, sustainable living spaces. The founder and owner, Nicole Goldman, is an interior designer who, upon doing her own home reno’s, found that the resources and supplies in her area were limited and so the g Green Design Center was created out of that need. The ‘g’ Foundation

At ‘g’ we believe giving back to the community is very important especially when it comes to supporting the environment.

In an effort to help support our community when it comes to alternative energy and environmental education, we’ve created the ‘g’ Foundation, a non-profit charitable fund. Donations to the fund are tax deductible and enable members of the community to explore, initiate and pursue environmental goals.

Donations can either be sent directly to the Cape Cod Foundation, 259 Willow Street, Yarmouthport, MA 02675 made out to the ‘g’ Foundation Fund or dropped off directly at ‘g’ Green Design Center in Mashpee Commons.
